1. Shipping & Logistics
Large-scale artworks on paper and canvas paintings are securely packaged and dispatched in protective rolling tubes.
Enjoy Free Shipping all over India !
For an International shipment, the shipping costs are calculated based on current carrier rates and applied. For further query, you may contact the artist for final payment transition.
Orders are processed and dispatched within an estimated period of 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that no liability is assumed for any structural damage to frames or glass components during the transit process.
2. Certification of Authenticity
All artworks offered through this platform are guaranteed to be original creations by Supriya Wadgaonkar. Upon the purchase of an original painting, the buyer shall receive a Certificate of Authenticity personally signed by the artist. Please be advised that minor chromatic variations may exist between the digital representation of the artwork and the physical painting itself.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Once payment has been made for an artwork the Buyer may not cancel the order.
No refunds will be issued after the artwork has been shipped.
Only artworks that are proven to be damaged during transit may be considered for refund, at the Artist’s sole discretion.
In such cases, the Buyer must notify the Artist in writing with clear photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
The refund is possible only after receiving the dameged painting back & verified.
